How does booking a training session work?
It’s simple. Choose your sport, location, and coach, then confirm an available time in the calendar. Once confirmed, you receive all the details by email.
How do you verify coaches?
We accept coaches only after they submit an application and pass a personal verification, which includes an interview and a review of their experience, references, and coaching approach.
What if I need to cancel a training session?
No worries. You can cancel up to 12 hours before the session. We’ll either refund you in full or reschedule your session.
Can I book multiple sessions at once?
Absolutely. Once you find a coach, you can choose several available time slots at once — perfect for planning a week or month ahead.
How does payment work?
Payment is processed securely through our platform by card or bank transfer. The coach receives the payment only after the session takes place.
What if the training doesn’t meet my expectations?
If you’re not satisfied, contact us. We take all feedback seriously and will help you find a new coach.
